PREPARATION
–1. Bring 5 litres of water to the boil in a large pot
–2. Add 500g pasta and 1 – 2 teaspoons of salt (or to taste)
–3. Cook for 8 minutes
–4. When the pasta is cooked, drain well
–5. Serve with your favourite sauce
