Bulkbuydirect may amend the Terms & Conditions of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this website and your use of this website after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms & Conditions of Use and all of the changes.
General Conditions
By using our website, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify or exploit any portion or content of the website for any purposes, without express written permission by us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Account
In order to access certain parts of the website, you will be required to register an account. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You agree that the account information will be kept strictly confidential by you to prevent unauthorized use.
We have the right at our sole discretion and without notice or liability to restrict, suspend and terminate your account. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Orders
When an order is made, it shall be deemed as your offer to purchase the selected product(s) in accordance to these Terms and Conditions. All orders shall be subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the rights to decline your order in whole, or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Out of stock products or products no longer available.
- Incorrect product price, quantity, or details listed on the website.
- Unforeseen circumstances.
Pictures of products provided on our website are for recognition purposes. The actual product received may differ due to a change in packaging or suppliers. We may seek your consent to substitute a product for a similar one if the initial product is unavailable. All product prices listed are shown in British Pound (£) and payment for all orders shall be made in British Pound (£).
Minimum Order & Delivery Fees
The minimum order value for free delivery is £9.00. Any orders below £9.00 will be charged a flat delivery fee of £5.00.
Delivery
Order delivery will generally be within 72 hours from the point of ordering. Delivery slots are subject to availability and based on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will only deliver to London and reserve the rights to restrict deliveries to certain areas.
We shall endeavour to deliver within your selected time frame, but cannot guarantee that the delivery time is strictly met due to factors outside of our control. Please notify us immediately for any changes in your delivery address or contact number. If no one is home at the nominated address during the specified time frame, we reserve the right to charge an additional re-delivery fee of £15.
Upon signing our sales invoice, all products and quantities are deemed to be present and accepted by you. It is your responsibility to store all products properly after delivery.
Intellectual Property
The trademarks, logos, copyright and other intellectual property rights on this website shall remain at all times our property or the property of relevant third parties. You are not permitted to use or reproduce any of these materials without our written approval.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify our company and our employees against any liabilities and penalties arising out of your use of the website or your breach of any Terms and Conditions.
Force Majeure
We shall be excused to perform our obligations in the event of a Force Majeure, where the circumstances are beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or disruptions of supply lines.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to your use of this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. You agree that the use of our website is at your sole risk, and we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from its use.
