Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 20 degrees Celsius. After this period, the wine is filtered, clarified and stabilized for bottling.Color: pale salmon tinges. Nose: has a medium intensity with fruity notes of green apple and red fruits such as cherries, raspberries, and blackberries.Mouth: medium structure with a fresh entrance. It is easy to drink with sweet tannins and a long finish. |
